04.365 - TRV VIGS Improvements

The TRV VIGS technology (PBL Tech ID 99.192) is now complemented by new, modified vectors and modifications building on the strength of the TRV VIGS system for studying gene function in plants. The modified TRV vectors and methods deliver the following additional benefits to the existing PBL TRV technology, more efficient silencing (including broader demonstration in more plant species), more efficient production of viral RNA and a multiple cloning site for easy insertion of sequences.
